Mission

The chair promotes healthy aging through adapted exercises, supporting research and development in kinesiology. She trains experts to apply science-based interventions and aims to share her findings with healthcare professionals and the public.

Our research team sheds light on the adaptations that occur in the human body according to different types of physical activity to provide concrete solutions linked to one of the greatest current challenges: healthy aging.

What is a research project?

A research project or clinical study aims to evaluate new strategies to prevent, treat or manage certain diseases with the aim of improving people's health and quality of life. For more information or if you would like to participate in a research project, you can contact us by email or telephone.

Our studies

Our research team is interested in the effect of physical activity and exercise on the management and treatment of certain pathologies, such as:
